Relieve Stress and Anxiety – Don’t Die Young

Stress and anxiety can really destroy happiness and bring the quality of life down. Don’t despair, there is good news. The cure is within you. You’re saying, “Yeah Yeah, I’ve heard this before, blah blah.” But all I can say is please keep reading because this might not be what you’re expecting.

When you are feeling stressed out, your brain actually speeds up. It is a defense mechanism your brain uses to deal with a crisis.  In turn the adrenal glands produces cortisol which is also called the “stress hormone”.

Cortisol is usually present in the body daily but excess of cortisol can create all sorts of problems. A significant problem is that an excess can lead to a decline of the immune system which then leads to increased illness. Also, blood pressure goes up and blood sugar levels increase which then can lead to heart issues or diabetes. As you can see stress and anxiety has to be relieved or you will increase your chances of dying early.

The objective now is to slow down brainwave activity which is the purpose of meditation. In particular, the objective is to slow the brainwave frequencies down to the alpha range which is a state of high relaxation and still be at a conscious level.

Being practiced at meditation would help you can control your brain to get into the alpha level without much effort. Don’t fret if you are new to meditation because there is a technology to help you get there quickly and easily. This technology is known as brainwave entrainment and is achieved by simply listening to specifically designed recordings of a Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones.

The effects of these Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones have been proven in a variety of scientific studies over the past decades and more recently with the help of brain imaging software. There are no negative side effects and they work with the brain in a natural method.

ok people don’t over do your excitement. Binuarl Beats are good but come on. Take a chill pill, do they have an mp3 for that?

  4. Mason says:

I was skeptical but tried them anyway because I need to get rid of this stress and anxiety I feel. I was willing to try anything because my therapist was NOT helping. I did not think brainwave entrainment was working but then I realized I want getting enjoyed at stupid things anymore and I do feel a world better. I guess it is tough to recognize when self improvement techniques are working, especially when they are not main stem. Brainwave entrainment is nit main stream but they do work !!!

Interesting post. I enjoy using binaural beats but i find all the scientific jargon sometimes hard to understand. I recently heard about a brand new course on twitter that explains how to use binaural beats to lower stress or anxiety called Soothing Stress Relief Sounds Course. Does anyone know when it will be available as i want to get a copy of it?
