What is Past Life Regression and How Do I Experience it?

When I first heard of such a thing I was skeptical. We live in a skeptical world that is based in religion and most religions don’t believe in reincarnation and don’t believe Past Live Regression is possible. The modern human is not willing to believe in things that they can’t taste, smell or touch. This world is becoming more and more in need of instant gratification, if it is not at arms reach people are not interested in it.

One day for fun, I tried sound therapy using Isochronic Tones to experience Past Life Regression. It didn’t work at first but I was willing to try again and all I will say is it worked. I now have a memory that doesn’t belong to me. I have a vague out-of-place memory of holding a musket and being scared. I guess the sound therapy and Isochronic Tones are powerful tools.

I do believe Past Life Regression is real but I still have a bit of natural skepticism because anyone who claims to know the truth about life and death is a liar. You just have to try it for yourself. If you have any interest you can try these Past Life Regression Tools.

This is the final installation of our examination of past life regression. This time I’d like to help illustrate how various physical and mental characteristics you have in your life and what they can tell you about your past lives.

Once you’ve developed a relationship with your past lives, you can begin searching for the specific identity of your past life identity. Of course before you do this you must first have gone through the process of opening up the different parts of your subconscious. Think of it in the same way as the difference between waking and dreams. After we dream we have a brief period in the morning where we remember everything we dreamed about with crystal clarity, but these memories mysteriously vanish if we don’t think about it during this time. First, let’s take a look at physical characteristics as they are the easiest to notice. Take a moment to look at yourself.

• What’s noticeable or different than those around you?
• Do you find yourself dressing in a more vintage fashion?
• Even if your fashion sense is contemporary, does it call back to another era’s equivalent?
• In your room do you have trinkets or objects of a historical significance?

And there are physical marks too. Those who have made contact with their past life identities will often tell of birth marks or unexplainable scars appearing in locations where their previous identities sustained either fatal or life changing wounds. These scars often carry with them a sort of deep subconscious pain as well. Contact with the past self allows you to get better in touch with this deep emotional process and emerge more at peace with yourself.

With physical characteristics we are primarily wanting to see unexplainable or unique traits that will successfully tell us who we were. Those who have undergone the process of past life regression have often reported an ecstatic rush of excitement at discovering who they are. And this excitement only grows as they continue on their journey of self discovery.

Next, let’s take a look at mental characteristics. The brain is a complex and incredibly powerful thing with potential that runs deeper than anything we could possibly fathom. It’s no surprise then that the brain will often find ways to directly link with the “ghost” running it in ways that can tell it exactly who the person’s true self is, and even interpret memories that ghost or soul may be unaware of. And whether we tap into these memories directly or not, they do manifest in the world around us. Fortunately, they have a tendency to manifest in some very direct ways.

First, think about what you want in life more than anything else in the entire world. Next, think about what you fear above all else. Since fear and desire are incredibly important psychological traits, they no doubt have some connection with the soul directly. And through these we are better able to understand what the soul is like.

Next, take a look at your mental traits in much the same way we looked at the physical ones. Even if it isn’t what you want more than anything else in the world:

• What strong wishes do you have for yourself and those around you?
• Do you find yourself possessing skills that no one else around you has?

Beginner’s luck and being a natural at any given task is a strong indicator of something your soul feels natural doing. This natural activity is often more than enough to give you some very strong indications that will help you on your journey back to who you always have been.

Just as each generation must remember the actions of the previous in order to not repeat the same mistakes, each individual is left with the responsibility to learn who they once were in order to ensure they live rich and fulfilling lives. And in this enrichment the individual can find true happiness and wisdom.

 Lets discuss ways in which past life regression (Part 1, Part 2) others in ways that give us an idea of how the process works.  These are actual cases of past life regression that have been documented by news media and historians.  They can give you a more accurate idea of both what to expect and how you can better hope to move your life into positive directions with our entrainment programs.

 First, let’s have a quick refresher on what we’ve covered so far.  Remember how important it is to relax and find a good place to use our entrainment therapy.  Find a relaxing spot where you won’t be interrupted and try to clear your mind focusing more on being honest with who you are when you take away all the memories from this lifetime and see what emerges.

First we look at the case of a young boy who started having nightmares when he was only eight years old of a man in a plane in World War II who was unable to escape his plane in time to survive a devastating crash that ultimately claimed his life.  After seeking the help of a well known counselor on the subject, the boy recounted several bits of information about his past life and discovered that he had been the pilot in his dreams in a past life and was still troubled by the incident that resulted in his death almost fifty years prior. 

As he made peace with his past life, however, the unexplainable nightmares ceased and he was able to continue his life empowered, rather than terrified, by his past life.  Patients who are plagued by fears that seem to make no sense often report feeling empowerment after they recall the memories of their past lives.

 Another case, this one investigated by author of 2001: A Space Odyssey Arthur C. Clarke, saw the lives of two young girls who were killed in a car Jacqueline and Joanna who died only to be later reincarnated as twins to the same parents.  The twins bore the same marks as their older sisters had before they had died.  And the most compelling bit of evidence was that the twins actually recognized and even provided new information regarding landmarks about the town their older sisters had lived in, but the younger twins had never visited.

 A final example is that of a man named Jeffrey who had after long years of training became a fire marshal only to learn he bore a striking resemblance to Civil War general John B. Gordon.  After learning of the similar facial structures they both had and a birth mark on Jeffrey’s hand that resembled a war wound that General Gordon sustained in battle, Jeffrey started noticing other similarities in his life as well.

He and the general shared the same handwriting, the same vocabulary, and Jeffrey often would have moments where he would suddenly remember details of Gordon’s life.  This memory would finally be demonstrated fully when he positively identified several of Gordon’s belongings as they lay unmarked at a civil war memorial. Jeffrey’s knowledge of Gordon’s life gave him insight that would allow him to find strength from his previous experiences.

I’d like to take a look at part 2 of Past Life Regression. Here are some of the techniques for bettering your knowledge of who you were in past lives as well as give you a firm understanding of some of the aspects that may be holding you back.

 In Part 1 we took a look at some of the great ancient philosophies of past life regression and the history, but in order to achieve a firmer understanding of past life regression let’s take a look at the philosophy of the famous prophet Edgar Cayce.

Cayce believed that reincarnation was not directly related to a single religious framework, but rather spanned all religions including Christianity and Judaism.  In a responsible approach to reincarnation, the subject will not depend on an ego driven story or affiliation with a famous past self, but rather use the knowledge they gain from past life regression in order to come to terms with the problems they experience in each life and break the negative cycles.

 Think about the relationships you have.  It’s easy to assume that as soon as you meet someone you will be best of friends forever, but what relationships do you have that have lasted a long time?  What relationships have challenged you in the past?  These may be clues, as the relationships we have in life often reflect the relationships of our past lives as well.

 The concept of the “soul mate” is not merely meant to emphasize the word “mate,” but can have vast reaching effects on the other relationships you have as well.  Someone you feel strongly about for unknown reasons either for good or bad may be reflective of something that happened in a previous life.  Everything we are given is a clue about who we once were. 

Now let’s take a look at some of the road blocks that stand in our way of understanding our true selves.  One of these is pride.  Pride is a good trait to have when feeling pride over a job well done or when looking at the pride you feel to be associated with loved ones, but there is another kind of pride known as vanity that can act as a roadblock on your journey toward spiritual fulfilment.

This vanity tempts many people into believing they are the reincarnation of Cleopatra or William Shakespeare.  These are figures you may admire very much, and may have admired in past lives as well, but these figures more often than not are considered reincarnations due to vanity rather than genuine spiritual kinship.

 An exercise to think through in your head would be to ask yourself, “Who am I when I strip away everything that has ever happened to me?  When I lose all memories of who I am, what remains?”  Some philosophers would say nothing, but the goal of past life regression is to discover those things that would remain and help you traverse that seemingly infinite void into who you once were and who you are destined to be all at once.  Doing so will enlighten you, and may bring you closer to spiritual peace as well.

  Lets take a moment to look at the concept of past life regression.  There are many philosophies in the world, and the concept that this life is but one of several that any given soul will ultimately live is an ancient philosophy indeed.  Many have found that taking the notion of reincarnation seriously has positively effected their lives to break cycles, give them a new lease on life, and allow them to take on challenges with a whole new life of experiences.

The term “old soul” is one that many people use to describe someone with the maturity and experience that seems to go along with a person who has experienced several lives.  An old soul is said to have had several lifetimes worth of chances to learn about the world and exhibits a sort of wisdom beyond that seems uncanny.  The wisdom they exhibit ultimately leads to several people benefiting from their advice.

The idea of past life regression first came as a result of the Hindu scholar Patanjali and his theory of past lives causing effects that would eventually accumulate in later lives.  Those who held a level of positive or negative karma from past lives would be affected by these karmic accumulations.  If an individual was not properly in tune with his or her past the future could be affected either adversely or not to their full potential.  It was Madame Blavatsky who later would bring the notion into popularity in the later part of the nineteenth century.

Past life regression essentially works as a form of cognitive hypnotherapy similar to those used to help a patient who is experiencing repressed memories.  Our past life regression works to tap into the vein of this form of consciousness without relying on the leading questions that can result in the formation of misleading or outright false memories.  Several people believe, for example, that they are a reincarnation of Cleopatra, Napoleon Bonaparte, or Abraham Lincoln as a result of their environments. 

But it seems far more likely that the vast majority of people would be reincarnated from a mass of equally important but largely unknown figures both historical and forgotten to the sands of time.  The goal of past life regression is not to influence the ego into thinking the older soul is one of an archetype of historical figures, but rather to put those with memories in touch with their true selves.
