What exactly is the Third Eye Chakra?
The Third Eye Chakra is also known as the Brow Chakra or Sixth Chakra. The following is a list of attributes, purposes and items that will improve your Third Eye chakra.
Location: Your Third Eye Chakra is located in the middle of your forehead, right between the eyebrows.
Color: Indigo (Dark Blue)
Element: Light
Functions: To revitalize the cerebellum which is the lower brain and the central nervous system. Tuning this chakra will also improve your vision.
Organs: Eyes, Nose and Ears.
Crystals and Gems: Quartz Crystal, Sapphire, Azurite.
Foods: Any fruits and vegetables that are blue or purple.
Qualities (when tuned or balanced):
- Realization of soul.
- Improved intuition, insight and imagination.
- Enhanced clairvoyance and concentration.
- Experience piece of mind, wisdom and devotion.
- Acheive perception beyond the duality of man.
Negative Qualities (when untuned or unbalanced):
- Lack of concentration.
- Experience fear and cynicism.
- Increased tension and headaches.
- Decreased vision
- Sleepless nights and nightmares (bad dreams).
- A feeling of detachment from the world around you.
Note: It is important to keep all your chakras tuned and balanced.
