Increase Will Power Forever – Quit Smoking, Lose Weight, Etc…

  Your Will-Power will determine the direction your life could take. Those with little Will-Power might end up having addictions to cigarettes, alcohol or food. These addictions can be tough to break because they are around us everyday. Food is different for the reason that you need food to live. You don’t need cigarettes and alcohol to live although it might feel like it some days.

  Controlling these mental and physical addictions can be tough and takes Will-Power. It is not something you find in a diet pill or a nicotine patch. Will-Power is in your head and simply altering your state-of-mind can make you strong.

  Pills and patches make you dependent on yet another substance and they have ugly side effects.  Such as:

  • High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Palpitations
  • Heart attack
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Blurred Vision
  • Headaches
  • And Many More

  Conventional methods for fighting addictions are one sided. For instance; the conventional method to quit smoking is a nicotine patch. Patches might help with the physical aspect of smoking by weaning you off of nicotine but what does that do for your will power?

 Most smokers who try to quit might make it a few days before breaking down and going back to smoking. 82% of people who quit smoking are back to smoking within 30 days even after using the patch. These statistics are horrible and it is obvious that conventional methods do not work. What do those corporations care as long as you keep going back to the patch or diet pill.

 It is time to start talking about an Unconventional method that not many people know about. Many people don’t accept this new method because they don’t believe in the power of the mind which makes no sense because where the heck do they think will power comes from? If you want to quit forever it is time to make your will power unbreakable.

 Researchers, with the help of brain imaging software, have shown that the human brain responds to different sound frequencies.
