Digital Drugs – The New High
This is the new “high” or the new “Cure”. It is idose or idosing.
I think it is quite obvious that taking illegal drugs is bad for your mind and body. This also goes for legal drugs as well because it is possible to take too many prescribed drugs. It is understandable that people need help feeling better or feel ”high” but it always seems that drugs are far too often the answer. So what do we do? Find another answer and that other answer is digital drugs or idose.
What? Digital drugs are also known as Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones.
People seem to have many different reasons to take drugs. I’m sure many of the reasons are due to medical conditions. Many people take drugs because they feel stress and anxiety, depressed, chronic headaches, daily body pains and much more. It doesn’t take long for a dependency on these drugs to develop. This happens because people aren’t given any other solutions to their problems.
I find it sad that not many people know about Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. Some people know about them but are natural skeptics and just shrug them off without even trying them. People don’t want to bother to take a few minutes to find out that all you have to do is listen to sound waves that are designed to target specific needs, just like real chemical based drugs. It is frustrating that people are willing to ignore the dangers of chemical based drugs.
Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones are completely safe recordings that emit separate frequencies through your headphones in order to create specific frequencies. These frequencies can literally adjust your brainwaves for the better. Much like chemical based drugs can have a big impact on your brain, so can these digital drugs just without the same dangerous dependency. A great many people have felt the desired effects from different Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones. (Read Testimonials)
With digital drugs you can even pick and choose different Beats and Tones to make you feel the way you want to and what the effects will be. Depressed people can get a mood lifter, Stress and anxiety can be relieved and all around positive thinking will help anyone’s life tremendously. You can also experience euphoria with the digital drugs. There are different Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones for nearly any way you want to feel.
The important thing to know is that you don’t have to do anything to feel these effects except put headphones on, relax and allow the Binaural Beats work their Magic. You can give yourself an excellent mental workout without the hard work.
This process is known as mind synchronization, or brainwave entrainment. No matter what you call it, you are training your brain with sound. What you can do is limitless and absolutely incredible.
Of course there will be some doubters who are not even willing to try the digital drugs. Some people are stuck in the thought that there can’t be anything better than chemical based drugs. No offense, but these people are close minded which could be the reason for their problem to begin with.
There is no need to worry about being open minded for the digital drugs to work, if you are willing to try then that is all the open your mind need to be. The Digital drugs will do the rest. The fact of the matter is that Binaural, Monaural Beats and Isochronic Tones work for people all over the world and there is no reason why they can’t work for you.
In fact, scientists have conducted brain studies with the help of brain imaging software to test this very idea. In these studies they have shown that using close frequency sounds can balance or tune an “asymmetric brain.” These tests showed the effectiveness of Binaural Beats, as well as personal testimonials from The Unexplainable Store.
I do want to say that I don’t own The Unexplainable Store. I was just a customer that found this brain entrainment technique incredible, so much so that I got inspired to create BinauralHealing.com. They are even letting me give away a few free samples. Fill in the form to the right and I’ll send you the free MP3’s. No strings, Promise
Thanks for reading

Past Life Regression – Part 3
“As long as you are not aware of the continual law of Die and Be Again, you are merely a vague guest on a dark Earth.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Lets discuss ways in which past life regression (Part 1, Part 2) others in ways that give us an idea of how the process works. These are actual cases of past life regression that have been documented by news media and historians. They can give you a more accurate idea of both what to expect and how you can better hope to move your life into positive directions with our entrainment programs.
First, let’s have a quick refresher on what we’ve covered so far. Remember how important it is to relax and find a good place to use our entrainment therapy. Find a relaxing spot where you won’t be interrupted and try to clear your mind focusing more on being honest with who you are when you take away all the memories from this lifetime and see what emerges.
Images may quickly become themes and you could soon have specific and deeply rooted spiritual knowledge. Keep in mind that excellent entrainment therapy can always be found at
First we look at the case of a young boy who started having nightmares when he was only eight years old of a man in a plane in World War II who was unable to escape his plane in time to survive a devastating crash that ultimately claimed his life. After seeking the help of a well known counselor on the subject, the boy recounted several bits of information about his past life and discovered that he had been the pilot in his dreams in a past life and was still troubled by the incident that resulted in his death almost fifty years prior.
As he made peace with his past life, however, the unexplainable nightmares ceased and he was able to continue his life empowered, rather than terrified, by his past life. Patients who are plagued by fears that seem to make no sense often report feeling empowerment after they recall the memories of their past lives.
Another case, this one investigated by author of 2001: A Space Odyssey Arthur C. Clarke, saw the lives of two young girls who were killed in a car Jacqueline and Joanna who died only to be later reincarnated as twins to the same parents. The twins bore the same marks as their older sisters had before they had died. And the most compelling bit of evidence was that the twins actually recognized and even provided new information regarding landmarks about the town their older sisters had lived in, but the younger twins had never visited.
A final example is that of a man named Jeffrey who had after long years of training became a fire marshal only to learn he bore a striking resemblance to Civil War general John B. Gordon. After learning of the similar facial structures they both had and a birth mark on Jeffrey’s hand that resembled a war wound that General Gordon sustained in battle, Jeffrey started noticing other similarities in his life as well.
He and the general shared the same handwriting, the same vocabulary, and Jeffrey often would have moments where he would suddenly remember details of Gordon’s life. This memory would finally be demonstrated fully when he positively identified several of Gordon’s belongings as they lay unmarked at a civil war memorial. Jeffrey’s knowledge of Gordon’s life gave him insight that would allow him to find strength from his previous experiences.
Thank you for taking the time to look through some of the successes others have had in remembering their past lives throughout past decades. These are only a few examples of the thousands of examples of people who have managed to gain insight on who they once were and better have hope and understanding of who they are and will be in the future.
Next time I’d like to take a look in our final installation on the subject of past life regression by examining the physical characteristics to look for in yourself to better help you understand who you may have once been. Some traits have been documented to follow a person from life to life and these can be important clues.

Past Live Regression – Part 2
I’d like to take a look at part 2 of Past Life Regression. Here are some of the techniques for bettering your knowledge of who you were in past lives as well as give you a firm understanding of some of the aspects that may be holding you back.
In Part 1 we took a look at some of the great ancient philosophies of past life regression and the history, but in order to achieve a firmer understanding of past life regression let’s take a look at the philosophy of the famous prophet Edgar Cayce.
Cayce believed that reincarnation was not directly related to a single religious framework, but rather spanned all religions including Christianity and Judaism. In a responsible approach to reincarnation, the subject will not depend on an ego driven story or affiliation with a famous past self, but rather use the knowledge they gain from past life regression in order to come to terms with the problems they experience in each life and break the negative cycles.
Ultimately, the goal of past life regression therapy is to get the soul to a place where the subject can make wiser decisions with themselves and deal with the past that extends beyond conventional memory. As always, our entrainment therapy is there to help you achieve this goal. You can always find it at
Think about the relationships you have. It’s easy to assume that as soon as you meet someone you will be best of friends forever, but what relationships do you have that have lasted a long time? What relationships have challenged you in the past? These may be clues, as the relationships we have in life often reflect the relationships of our past lives as well.
The concept of the “soul mate” is not merely meant to emphasize the word “mate,” but can have vast reaching effects on the other relationships you have as well. Someone you feel strongly about for unknown reasons either for good or bad may be reflective of something that happened in a previous life. Everything we are given is a clue about who we once were.
Now let’s take a look at some of the road blocks that stand in our way of understanding our true selves. One of these is pride. Pride is a good trait to have when feeling pride over a job well done or when looking at the pride you feel to be associated with loved ones, but there is another kind of pride known as vanity that can act as a roadblock on your journey toward spiritual fulfilment.
This vanity tempts many people into believing they are the reincarnation of Cleopatra or William Shakespeare. These are figures you may admire very much, and may have admired in past lives as well, but these figures more often than not are considered reincarnations due to vanity rather than genuine spiritual kinship.
An exercise to think through in your head would be to ask yourself, “Who am I when I strip away everything that has ever happened to me? When I lose all memories of who I am, what remains?” Some philosophers would say nothing, but the goal of past life regression is to discover those things that would remain and help you traverse that seemingly infinite void into who you once were and who you are destined to be all at once. Doing so will enlighten you, and may bring you closer to spiritual peace as well.
Thank you for taking the time to read this week’s newsletter on past life regression. Let your past life regression be something that empowers you and lets you draw on something beyond what you have experienced in this life. Next newsletter I’d like to take a look at some cases of past life regression from around the world to give us a better idea of the various ways these memories can manifest and how you can transform your life through better understanding of your own mind and spirit.

Past Live Regression – Part 1
Lets take a moment to look at the concept of past life regression. There are many philosophies in the world, and the concept that this life is but one of several that any given soul will ultimately live is an ancient philosophy indeed. Many have found that taking the notion of reincarnation seriously has positively effected their lives to break cycles, give them a new lease on life, and allow them to take on challenges with a whole new life of experiences.
The term “old soul” is one that many people use to describe someone with the maturity and experience that seems to go along with a person who has experienced several lives. An old soul is said to have had several lifetimes worth of chances to learn about the world and exhibits a sort of wisdom beyond that seems uncanny. The wisdom they exhibit ultimately leads to several people benefiting from their advice.
The idea of past life regression first came as a result of the Hindu scholar Patanjali and his theory of past lives causing effects that would eventually accumulate in later lives. Those who held a level of positive or negative karma from past lives would be affected by these karmic accumulations. If an individual was not properly in tune with his or her past the future could be affected either adversely or not to their full potential. It was Madame Blavatsky who later would bring the notion into popularity in the later part of the nineteenth century.
The most important thing to remember is that when looking into your past life you have only yourself as a reference at first. There will be many tempting images of far off glorious conquerers. The goal is to get in touch with your deeper self to help you better understand yourself. In order to enter this state of mind, remember that entrainment therapy has been specially designed to match the brainwave patterns of those undergoing successful past life regressions. You can find entrainment therapy at:
Past life regression essentially works as a form of cognitive hypnotherapy similar to those used to help a patient who is experiencing repressed memories. Our past life regression works to tap into the vein of this form of consciousness without relying on the leading questions that can result in the formation of misleading or outright false memories. Several people believe, for example, that they are a reincarnation of Cleopatra, Napoleon Bonaparte, or Abraham Lincoln as a result of their environments.
But it seems far more likely that the vast majority of people would be reincarnated from a mass of equally important but largely unknown figures both historical and forgotten to the sands of time. The goal of past life regression is not to influence the ego into thinking the older soul is one of an archetype of historical figures, but rather to put those with memories in touch with their true selves.
Whether the concept of a soul connected to this Earth can be proven in scientific terms or not, the real points of interest are the results they show for those who benefit from making contact with themselves on a level deeper than can be achieved through conventional means.
It’s not always clear why it works so well for some, but one must look only to one of the most well thought of mathematicians of all time, Pythagoras to understand why past life progression is so important. Pythagoras told many of his colleagues of being in touch with experiences he had gained in previous lifetimes even while developing some of the most important mathematical theorems of all time.
Thank you for taking a moment to familiarize yourself with the concept of past life regression therapy. Next time I’d like to take a look at some techniques that have helped those seeking answers get in touch with their past lives as well as some common pitfalls that stand as roadblocks for those seeking answers.

Build Self Confidence with Entrainment Therapy – Part 4
This is the final discussion so I will finish up our exploration of self confidence and take a look at the final (and most advanced) quality of the confident individual: a system of personal values. The development of personal values may sound like a daunting task, but it is an often overlooked foundation on which many aspire to build a working positive model for their lives.
A value system helps us develop a “big picture” that turns us from an ordinary person striving to achieve small goals that may seem meaningless at first into a dynamic and healthy individual that can push for the “big picture” of his or her life.
The value system is one of the most important things we can develop as human beings, and the burden of responsibility for developing them rests solely on each individual, though many will choose to borrow ideas from others. This too is a choice, and each person must decide which of these values they make a part of their lives.
A mature and well thought out system of values adds weight to everything you do and helps you gain an understanding of your own self worth. It also ensures that you don’t encounter obstacles beyond your ability to “act commendably” in your eyes. Self worth is a sort of nourishment to the mind that helps you get out of bed in the morning with a desire to act, and act well.
Unfortunately, many people focus on past shortcomings and allow them to deteriorate their sense of self worth rather than learn from them. Remember that the ultimate goal is the realization of your dreams and the decision to transform yourself into who you wish to be. And if you come to the realization that your life is exactly the way you want it to be, then you’re well on your way to building a powerful aura of self confidence.
Though you may have to work toward what you wish to have, the tools required to transform yourself into who you wish to be are at your disposal right now. You can begin at any point. And remember The Unexplainable Store’s Entrainment Therapy is there to help you. It can be found at http://www.store. unexplainable.net/products/ confidence.php
No one can tell you exactly how you should decide which values are right for you. This is exactly what makes them valuable. They are yours and yours alone. What do you find yourself admiring about others? When are you happy and unhappy? These are good questions to start with, but you will always be adding to your value system as you progress through life and gain in wisdom and experience.
And all through it your basic foundation – that immutable inner voice, will tell you how you’re doing. When you have made contact with this inner voice and nurture your values with action, you will be more confident not only in your interactions with other people, but also the important relationship you have with yourself. Know what is valuable, so you can either find or develop it from within.
Perhaps most important is to understand that you must be consistent with values. Don’t let them slip away when you succeed only to appear again when you do not. Let yourself be empowered so you can better serve what is important to you in the future. A confident person is one who has an intimate knowledge of their strengths and a genuine interest in not being conquered by their weaknesses. Do this and your confidence will be noticed by others.
Introspection is a very important aspect of our entrainment, so when you look into your mind and see the person you wish to be, take notice of the respect you feel toward this person. Thank you for taking the time to read our manual on confidence boosting. Never underestimate the power of your own mind to do great things.

Build Self Confidence with Entrainment Therapy – Part 3
When you observe your family and friends interacting there is often an individual present who seems unconcerned of whether others are judging him or not and who clearly gets along without worrying about the small things that happen around them in a certain group. This comes from two sources, one external and one internal. Let’s explore the internal today.
An interesting exercise is to think to yourself in the quickest way possible to find a word that accurately describes you as a person in a short period of time. Is the word a neutral observation? If so, think about that neutral observation and see how you feel about it. You’d be surprised how polarizing this can be for many people.
Even positive words can often be born out of a sense of desire rather than observation. Take “confident,” for example. Did that word pop into your head because you were feeling confident? Or because you wanted confidence? Was the word a physical feature you liked? Or disliked? Was it connected to something you’d like to accomplish?
Confidence is an incredibly important trait to possess, and the funny thing about it is it really does come from within. Remember the analogy from last time about the mind as a garden. Negative experiences that hurt our self confidence are like twisted vines that will try to choke out the good experiences. And the good experiences can be multiplied by action.
If you’re talking to someone and you’re thinking the whole time subconsciously, “I don’t want to be rejected by this person,” they will pick up on it and wonder why you feel you should be rejected. Occasionally these thoughts can be so strong that they can even bleed into the conscious. We live in a society that thrives on apprehension and poor self image. But if you can change that into strong self confidence, you’ll find that the less you worry about rejection the less you will experience it.
And when you don’t worry about it, even experiencing it won’t harm you as much as it once did. Think of our entrainment therapy like a machine built by a skilled gardener to help remove this self doubt so you can start living the way you want. You can always find confidence boosting entrainment therapy at
Check it out and live on your own terms.
Most communication happens on several levels. On the level that we judge people most signs of self confidence are things that cannot be faked. Aside from a few easy to see through “tricks” (men are told to take up as much space as possible while sitting, for example) there are no ways to truly pretend to be confident.
Imagine your voice like you’re singing a song. A confident person will naturally hit the right notes that indicate they know what they’re doing. If they are faking it, they will inevitably hit a false note and the facade will come crashing down. The only way to truly achieve it is by feeling it first.
There’s no need for dehumanizing manuals that constantly remind you of things you hate, and that pretend that everyone in the world “gets it” except you. Those manuals don’t know you and they don’t know anyone around you. If you met some of the people who write those you would be surprised at how insecure they were too. You do know what you’re doing. And there’s no label hanging above your head. Be who you want as soon as you’re ready to.
And that brings us to the most important change that must take place. You must make a deeply rooted personal decision to be that confident person. If you subconsciously feel like you deserve less than everyone around you, then you won’t change. Make the change one of identity through visualization. Imagine in your head a realistic version of who you’d really like to be. Make this person real to you.
Give them hopes, aspirations, small victories, and a situation they can truly be proud of. Don’t imagine the world around them changing to accommodate them. Imagine them making changes to get what they want, and having a long term plan of where they want to go. After visualizing it mentally, understand that you are your visualization. Everything in them came from you. And you can do everything they can with practice if you have a sense of self worth.
We’ve covered the internal aspects of confidence, but next time let’s take a look at some of the steps you can take on the outside to express your newly found confident self. And remember, travel with a destination in mind. Be confident, set goals, and achieve them.
Have a safe and enlightened journey!
